We are committed to making our events accessible and inclusive to everyone, and we have developed a range of policies to ensure that all attendees have a positive experience.

We recognise that our attendees have different requirements and we have created policies that address a range of accessibility and inclusivity issues. Our policies cover areas such as carer tickets, disability access, and neurodiversity.

We also understand that there is always room for improvement, and we are actively working to enhance our policies and practices to make our events even more inclusive.

If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, or if you require any further information about accessibility or inclusivity at our events, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We are always happy to help and we will do our best to accommodate any specific needs or requirements that you may have.

Thank you for choosing to attend our events, and we look forward to providing you with a positive and inclusive experience.

We strive to make our events accessible to all attendees, including those with disabilities. Here's our disabled policy:

  • We try to offer wheelchair-accessible entrances and exits for our events, including ramps and lifts. A few of our venues are not fully accessible, but this is something we are working on where possible. Unfortunately not all of our events are wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the events.

  • We ensure there are accessible restrooms at all our events.

  • We make every effort to accommodate requests for special accommodations. If you have a specific request, please contact us in advance of the event and we will do our best to assist you.

Neurodiversity Inclusion

We are committed to creating events that are welcoming and inclusive of people with different neurodivergent needs. As a neurodivergent business owner, this is something I felt was missing from other events.

Here's our neurodiversity events policy:

  • We welcome and value people with different neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other conditions.

  • We aim to offer quiet spaces at our conventions and these are detailed on the event pages.

  • We work and fundraise for local neurodiversity charities and are actively working on including more “relaxed” sessions across our events.

  • We are committed to promoting understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity through our events.

Carer Tickets

We are committed to ensuring that our events are accessible and inclusive to everyone, including those who require assistance from a carer. Here's our events policy regarding carer tickets:

  • We provide a free carer ticket for our festivals and conventions to any attendee who requires assistance to attend our events due to a disability or medical condition.

  • The carer ticket is intended for a person who provides essential assistance to the attendee, such as help with mobility or communication.

  • The carer ticket does not entitle the carer to attend the event independently or to participate in any paid activities or services unless they purchase their own ticket or make their own arrangements.

  • Owing to previous situations, we require evidence to confirm carer's status. Accepted documentation includes:

    • Award letters for Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for those under 16, or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for ages 16-64.

    • Letters confirming Attendance Allowance, Carer's Allowance, Incapacity Benefit, or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA).

    • A valid Blue Badge.

    • For those with visual impairments, a BD8 registration card or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).

    • Relevant local authority registration.

    • A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

    • Credibility's Access Card displaying at least the Essential Companions (+1) symbol

  • We reserve the right to review and amend our carer ticket policy at any time.

We understand that every person's needs are unique, and we are committed to working with our attendees to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy our events. If you have any questions or concerns about our disabled policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
