The Venue and Parking: There is a car park to the rear of the building which the public can use, with two spaces for blue badge holders, spaces are limited and can get quite full quickly. There is also an overspill car park behind this and then all parking is free along the beachfront.
Meal Choices: Meal choices and dietary requirements will be sent out in advance of the event.
Accessibility: The Main Ballroom has a flight of stairs to access this room, however, this can be entered at the rear of the building with no stairs at the disabled access door. Most rooms are wheelchair accessible but require different routes through the building. Disabled access toilets on each floor Induction loop in the main Ballroom only Signage appropriate for people with a visual impairment Emergency strategy in place for assisting disabled people.
